These preliminary terms govern use of this demonstration website. Final production terms must be approved for the actual operating model, service jurisdictions, attorney relationships, payment structure, refund policy, and technology providers.

No automatic attorney-client relationship

Creating an account, browsing services, using an intake, uploading information, purchasing a nonlawyer service, or communicating through the platform does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after required conflict and eligibility review, attorney acceptance, and a written engagement.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, avoid unlawful uploads, independently verify deadlines, review all work before use, and follow the applicable court, agency, and professional requirements.

Service availability

Services may be limited, declined, revised, or routed based on jurisdiction, conflicts, professional rules, complexity, capacity, identity verification, or other eligibility requirements.

Payments and engagement

Displayed prices are preliminary unless a final order or written engagement states otherwise. Government charges, filing fees, service fees, expert costs, and third-party expenses are excluded unless expressly included. Attorney services remain subject to conflicts, jurisdiction, capacity, eligibility, and written acceptance.

Acceptable use

Users may not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, deceptive, or unauthorized material; attempt to access another matter; interfere with platform security; or use platform output to misrepresent authorship, authority, licensure, or court approval.
